Reminders give my life structure and free my mind for deeper thinking. I rely on electronic reminders for everything from vitamins to deep breathing to watering my plants. I do try to remember some tasks (housework and yardwork, for example) without the help of technology to exercise my memory muscles. I also try to recall facts and other information before looking them up.
Still, life is busy. Some things we fully intend to do are forgotten. Sending a thank you card (or text). Calling someone. Drinking enough water. Everyone needs reminders, at least to some extent, so manage the details of life.
Because I know all too well from experience how important reminders are in our often too busy lives, this post is a friendly reminder of The Value of Reviews. If you could take a few minutes to leave a review for Comfortably Uncomfortable on Amazon, I would truly appreciate it. The more reviews, the more likely others are to find and benefit from the idea that small steps add up over time to make a big difference.
The past two months since the book has been published have brought unexpected connection. It’s led me to opportunities I could never have imagined on my own. I look forward to reading your honest feedback and using it to help me in my own quest to continually cultivating my own unique comfortably uncomfortable balance.

Hi kari! I did get the book but this season of life has kicked into high gear with a grandson’s graduation and, of course, the church work. I will do my best to get to the book soon.
Life gets busy, Bill. Thank you for setting the intention!
