I believe in living with depth through curiosity, exploration, and meaningful connection. Whether I’m immersed in a book, studying the Bible, or wandering through the woods foraging and exploring, I see learning as a lifelong practice. Writing is one way I make sense of what I discover, refining ideas and  sharing knowledge and insights that help others engage with life more fully.

As an introvert, I gain energy through quiet moments. I also value deep conversations and believe understanding grows through reflection and wisdom reveals itself in the details of life.
